At AMIENS SALON, we want each visit to feel like a peaceful break. To keep our schedule on track and give every guest great service, please read our First time Appointment Checklist and Salon Policies
Securing Your Appointment
To confirm your colour service, we require a 50% deposit. Deposits can be made via a secure payment link or in the salon when booking
For quicker communication, book online anytime or email contact@amienssalon.com
Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received
You’ll receive a friendly reminder confirmation email or SMS 48 hours before your visit. If we can’t reach you, it’s your responsibility to remember your appointment time to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy
Guests cancelling within 24 hours of their appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for their scheduled service
No-shows will be charged the full treatment price
Future appointments may be placed on hold until any outstanding balance is settled
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, tell us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to fit you in
Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price, since we likely can’t rebook the slot
Same Day Appointments
For same-day bookings, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you’re unable to make it, give us a call at [604-336-3202] or send an email to contact@amienssalon.comas soon as you know. Late cancellations and no-shows create gaps in our schedule that we can’t fill without advance notice. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate you for future appointments
Arriving on Time
We want you to enjoy every moment of your treatment, so please arrive promptly
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adapt your treatment to fit the time available
You’ll still be charged for the time or treatment originally booked
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will make reasonable accommodations when possible. Please reach out as soon as possible in such cases. Thank you for understanding, and we appreciate your cooperation
Fees
We will be more than happy to discuss all fees in person
All services are priced separately. Please ask for the total cost before your appointment
Note that we are not able to extend credit for salon services (including post-dated checks)
Methods of Payment
We accept online, on-site, over the phone, credit card, debit card or Apple Pay
We are a cashless salon
Marketing Emails
We may email you offers. Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email
We share your contact info with Squarespace so they can send these emails for us
Visitor Data For Customers
Squarespace uses secure third-party processors (like Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Payments) to handle sensitive data, ensuring PCI-DSS compliance)
When you purchase here, we collect personal information to process your order. We share it with Squarespace, our website host, such as:
Name
Billing and shipping address
Purchase details (e.g., shampoo size)
Phone number
Correction Service & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds
At AMIENS, we prioritize delivering the best service tailored to your expectations. If, within one week of your service, you feel the result doesn't align with your agreed-upon consultation, please reach out.
Any style change from the original consultation may result in additional charges
Please bear in mind that achieving your desired look, especially transitioning from darker to lighter tones, may require more than one service
Service Charge Policy
A $1 ECO-FEE is added to each service to recycle metals, plastics, and hair. This fee helps divert up to 95% of waste from landfills — materials other recyclers won't handle
Right to Refuse Service
AMIENS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to any other guest or member of our team
Shipping Policy
Current shipping times and procedures are below. We deliver only within BC
All orders are sent via Canada Post shipping services, unless otherwise requested:
Order Processing: 1~3 Business Days
Order Ship Times:
Regular Parcel - 2 business days
Expedited Parcel - 1 business day
Xpresspost - 1 business day
